Enslt公司推出高速超薄制品注塑技术

　　加拿大Enslt公司最近推出高速注射成型X-Melt新技术，能加工壁厚仅为0.1mm～0.8mm的部件，流动长度/壁厚之比可高达400∶1。与该公司全电子E-Mo-tion href=http://plastic.newmaker.com/cat_1110001.html target=_blank>注塑机配合，X-Melt技术可以生产微精密尺寸的超薄工程 href=http://cl.newmaker.com/cat_1210010.html target=_blank>塑料部件。
该技术要求塑料熔体本身贮存能量，熔体在螺杆前空间或在 href=http://mould.newmaker.com/product/1060001002.2255.1.html target=_blank>热流道内系统被预压缩。当热流道的针形阀喷嘴打开时， href=http://mould.newmaker.com/ target=_blank>模具型腔内预压缩熔体在几秒钟内快速膨胀，完成充模。
